Common questions

What is an EPC?
An Energy Performance Certificate rates your property from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). You legally need one to sell or rent a property in England and Wales. Valid for 10 years.
How long does it take?
The site visit takes 30-60 minutes depending on property size. Your certificate is lodged within 24 hours, often the same day.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just make sure we can access all rooms, the loft hatch, and the boiler. If you have documents about insulation or heating upgrades, have them ready — it can improve your rating.
What qualifications do you have?

What happens after I book?
Once you book, our assessor will call or message you (your choice) within 2 hours to confirm the exact appointment time. On the day, we arrive within your chosen time window. The visit takes 30-60 minutes. Your EPC is lodged on the national register within 24 hours and emailed to you as a PDF.
Do you offer bulk rates?
