What to do right now
Call us on 07737 144 836. Tell us the postcode, the number of bedrooms, and the date you need the certificate by. Phone is quicker than the booking form when it is urgent.
We will check whether an assessor is free near you and give you an appointment time on the call. If we cannot get there in time, we will say so then rather than take the booking.
The visit takes 30 to 45 minutes. We need access to the loft hatch, boiler and meters where we can get it, and we work around what is available. Nothing is drilled and nothing is invasive.
The certificate is lodged on the national register within 24 hours, usually the same evening. You get the PDF by email once it is live.
Can you still market the property?
In England and Wales an EPC must be commissioned before a property is marketed. It does not have to be in your hands on the first day of marketing. Once it has been commissioned, the regulations allow a short period to obtain it.
Booking an assessment today will normally keep the marketing compliant while the certificate is produced. Check your own position with your agent or solicitor.

For estate agents and property managers
Most agents already use an assessor. We are not asking you to change that.

Next day appointments are charged at our standard price. Only same day visits carry a call out fee.
