Do you charge a call-out fee?
No call-out fees on standard appointments. Same-day appointments incur a £20 priority fee.
What does the price include?
A full RDSAP 10 assessment, lodgement on the national EPC register, and a link to your certificate on the EPC register — usually within 24 hours of the visit.
Do you offer bulk rates for agents and landlords?
Yes. Letting agents, sales agents, and landlords with regular work qualify for bulk rates. Call 07737 144 836 to discuss volume pricing.
How is the price determined?
Pricing is based on the number of bedrooms, which is the most reliable proxy for property size under RDSAP. Studio flats are at the lowest band; six-bedroom or larger detached homes are at the top band.
Do you cover my area?
We cover all London postcodes plus BR, DA, TN13–TN15 and ME1–ME3 in Kent. Three assessor bases — Swanley, Canning Town and Battersea — keep travel time short and most appointments next-day.
Can I pay after the assessment?
Online bookings are paid up front via Stripe. For agents and landlords on bulk rates we can invoice — ask when you call.
